Gingerbread Bliss Balls

Makes approx. 8-10

Ingredients

100g prunes

5 Medjool dates, pitted
70g sunflower seeds
2 tbsp Black tahini or the regular tahini
1 tbsp True MCT oil
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp True Cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp cardamom pinch of Himalayan pink salt
2 tbsp True WPI90 Vanilla protein powder
Sesame seeds, for rolling

Method

1. Start with the fruit and seeds in your food processor & process till broken down.
2. Add your spices, salt, tahini, True MCT Oil and True WPI90 Vanilla Protein Powder and process until it comes together.
3. Roll into 8-10 balls and then coat in sesame seeds.
