Christmas Bliss Balls

Makes 6-8 balls 

Ingredients

Base mixture:

1.5 cups almonds

1/4 cup True Cacao powder

12 pitted Medjool dates

2 tbsp chia seeds

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

2. Split mixture into 3.

3. Flavour balls as according to below:

 

Matcha

1. Add 1 tbsp True Matcha powder and 1 tsp True Maca powder to the mixture.

2. Roll into ~30g balls and dust with True Matcha powder.

 

Acai-vanilla

1. Add 5 tbsp soy milk, 2 tbsp True Vegan85 in French Vanilla and 1 tbsp True Acai powder to the mixture.

2. Roll into 30g balls and roll into True Beet powder.

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter

1. Add 5 tbsp True Peanut Butter powder and 5 tbsp soya milk to the mixture.

2. Roll into 30g balls and roll into True Cacao powder
