Ingredients
1 ½ cups wholemeal self-raising flour
1 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup True Protein Organic Cacao Powder
¼ cup grapeseed oil or coconut oil melted
2 eggs
2/3 cup Greek yoghurt
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp salt
200g dark chocolate chips
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and light grease 12 medium muffin mould or cups

Sift flour, baking powder and cacao powder into a bowl then add in the coconut sugar and salt and the mix it all together

In another bowl, crack 2 eggs, add the Greek yogurt, grapeseed oil, almond milk, vanilla essence and whisk all together until fully combined

Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and add in the dark chocolate chips, gently fold the batter until it is combined

Fill 12 muffin cups 2/3 of the way full and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the muffin mixture

Allow to cool for 20 minutes before consumption
