Ingredients
1 cup self-raising flour
1/2 cup True Protein Natural Almond Butter
2 ripe bananas
2 organic eggs
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp rice malt syrup
Method

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare muffin tray

Mash the bananas in a large bowl

Add the flour and desiccated coconut and combine well

Crack the eggs into a separate bowl and whisk. Pour the eggs into the bowl of dry ingredients

Add the almond milk, almond butter and rice malt syrup and combine well
-
Pour the muffin mixture into the tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes
