Makes 1 loaf
Ingredients
4 ripe bananas
2 Tbsp True Maca Powder
1/3 cup extra virgin coconut oil
2 free range eggs
1 1/2 cups gluten-free self-raising flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut syrup
1 TP scoop True Cinnamon Powder
True Natural Peanut Butter to serve
Method

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking dish with baking paper

Mash the bananas in a large bowl

Add all the dry ingredients into the bowl

Crack the eggs into a separate bowl and whisk. Mix in the vanilla extract and coconut oil

Add into the bowl of dry ingredients and combine well

Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake in the oven for 45 minutes

Remove the banana bread from the oven and allow to cool

Slice and serve with True Natural Peanut Butter
