Salted Caramel Ice Pops Meal Prep

Serves 6 (small)

Macronutrients

Protein 4.7
Carbohydrates 8.1
Fats 3.3

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Coconut milk
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Medjool dates
¼ tsp Pink salt
¼ scoop True Protein Cinnamon Powder
1 scoop True Protein WPI90 Salted Caramel
1 scoop True Protein Maca Powder
1 Tbsp coconut oil

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together and pour into moulds, then place in the freezer overnight
