Makes 6-8 pops
Ingredients
2 scoops of True Protein ZMA Powder
2 cups water
1 lemon, finely sliced into rounds
1 handful of mint leaves
Method

Mix ZMA Powder and water until well combined.

Place the lemon and mint evenly between icy pole moulds.

Pour the ZMA mix evenly into the moulds and freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
