Salted Caramel Protein Balls

Makes 20 balls

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Medjool dates
1 cup ground oats
1 cup almond meal
3 heaped Tbsp True Natural Almond Butter
2 TP Scoops Vegan 85 Salted Caramel 
½ tsp salt
Desiccated coconut for coating

Method

  1. Blend the dates on high-speed until a smooth paste forms

  2. Add in the ground oats, almond meal, almond butter, protein powder and salt to the blender and blend until everything is combined

  3. Roll the mixture into desired sized balls then coat in desiccated coconut

  4. Allow them to set in the fridge for one hour then transfer to a container, these can be stored in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for a month​
