Low Fat Choc Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Makes 10

Ingredients

1.5 cups oats

1.5 cups Medjool dates, pitted

1/2 cup TrueProtein RICE80 French Vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp True Protein Peanut Butter Powder

1 tbsp True Protein Natural Peanut Butter

1 tbsp TrueProtein Cacao Powder + extra for rolling

Method

1.   Combine all ingredients into a food processor and combine for a few minutes. If the mixture seems a bit dry, continue to process the mixture. It should all come together into one big ball. If the mixture remains dry, add almond milk (1 tbsp at a time) to help moisten.

2.   Take a heaped tbsp portion out and roll into balls using your hands.

3.   Roll the balls into cacao powder to finish them off.

4.   Store in the fridge if not consumed right away.
