Mint Chocolate Pudding

Serves 2

Ingredients

3 Tbsp True Protein Organic Cacao Powder
1.5 bananas
½ an avocado
3 tsp peppermint essence
¾ coconut yoghurt
½ tsp True Protein Moringa Powder
¾ cup raspberries
Fresh mint for garnish

Method

  1. Blend cacao powder, banana, avocado and 1 tsp peppermint essence in a blender and pour into a mason jar, place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

  2. Add the raspberries on top of this chocolate layer in the jar

  3. Place yoghurt, Moringa powder and 2 tsp peppermint essence in a bowl, fold carefully

  4. Add coconut mint mixture on top of the raspberry layer

  5. Garnish with fresh mint to serve
