Mexican Black Bean Beef Burgers

Ingredients
2 tsp True Protein Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
15g minced garlic
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tsp Mexican spice 
500g beef mince
1 egg
1 scoop True Protein Instant Oats
2 Tbsp tomato paste
Method
- 
	
Heat fry pan to medium heat and add 1 tsp of coconut oil. Then add the garlic, black beans, Mexican spice and fry for 10 minutes

Meanwhile add the beef, egg, instant oats and tomato paste into a large bowl and mix together with your hands
 - 
	
Take the beans off the stove and mash half with a fork
 - 
	
Add mashed beans into the mixture then stir through remaining beans
 - 
	
Form mixture into 4 even sized patties and cook them in a frying pan with 1 tsp of coconut oil, pressing them flat

5g flax seeds, for topping
