Ingredients
8x (500grams) chicken tenderloins
1 tsp True Protein Turmeric Powder
1 tsp True Protein Peanut Butter Powder
1 tsp olive oíl
1 tsp soy sauce
¼ cup True Protein Natural Peanut Butter
¼ cup coconut milk
1 tsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp roasted peanuts, chopped
1 lime, quartered
Method

Place 8 bamboo skewers into a container of cold water. Allow to soak for 30 minutes (this ensures the skewers don’t burn when cooked)

Gently thread each chicken tenderloin onto each soaked skewer. Place the turmeric powder, peanut butter powder and olive oil in a small bowl and mix until well combined. Place the mixture over the chicken skewers and make sure each piece of chicken is well covered

Put a griddle pan over a medium to high heat. Cook each skewer on the pan for about 8 minutes or until cooked through

While the chicken is cooking, in a small mixing bowl add the soy sauce, True Protein Peanut Butter and coconut milk. Stir until well combined

Serve the chicken with the satay sauce, chopped peanuts and lime quarters
