Ingredients
2 cups Medjool dates
1 cup True Protein Natural Almond Butter
1 TP scoop True Protein WPI90 Rich Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 cup True Protein Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp True Protein Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup pistachios
Method

Place the dates into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth

Add in the almond butter and continue to blend until incorporated

Next, add in the protein powder, cacao powder, coconut oil and salt then blend until fully combined

Mix in the cranberries and pistachios then press the mixture into a small lined baking tray

Place into the fridge for 2 hours to set before slicing
