Ingredients
1 cup cashews
8 dates
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp True Beet Powder
2 tsp honey
1 cup oats
1/2 cup pomegranate
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cups cacao nibs
Method
1. Place all of the ingredients except the desiccated coconut in the blender and blend until it is a thick paste.
2. Place a small amount of batter into your hand and roll into a ball.
3. Then, roll the ball into a bowl of desiccated coconut.
