Ingredients
2 Tbs True Protein Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
250gms 70% dark chocolate, broken into pieces
40gms shelled pistachios
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup freeze-dried raspberries
¼ cup coconut flakes
Method

Add coconut oil and chocolate into a small pot and stir over medium heat until melted but not boiling

In a brownie pan lined with baking paper, pour in your chocolate mixture

Sprinkle over your pistachios, cranberries, raspberries, and coconut then leave in the fridge for 2 hours to set firm

Break into pieces and serve
