Ingredients
1.5 cup raw almonds
1.5 cup raw cashews
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1.5 cup rolled oats
1 cup coconut chips
1 TP serve True Instant Oats
2 TP scoops Cinnamon Powder
¾ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup maple syrup melted
Pinch of salt
Method

In a large bowl mix until all ingredients are evenly coated in honey and cinnamon

Transfer mixture to a baking tray and toast for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius

Take out the tray and stir through and put the tray back in for another 10 minutes or until the mixture is golden brown

Allow the granola to cool and store in an air tight container

Serve with coconut yoghurt and berries, or sprinkle on smoothie bowls
