Makes 12 balls
Ingredients
1 cup Medjool dates
2/3 cup almond meal
1 scoop True Protein WPC80 Rich Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Tbsp almond butter
2 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp True Protein Cacao Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
½ cup mixed dried fruit
2 Tbsp mixed dried peel
For garnish
150g white chocolate
1 Tbsp dried cranberries
1 Tbsp pepita seeds
Method
- 
	
Place the dates, almond butter and tahini into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
 - 
	
Add in the almond meal, protein powder, cacao powder, vanilla, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, and ground cloves then continue to blend until combined.
 - 
	
Add in the mixed dried fruit and mixed peel then pulse until evenly distributed.
 - 
	
Roll the mixture into balls and place into the freezer for 30 minutes, in the meantime, melt the chocolate by placing it into a microwave for 1 minute while stirring every 20 seconds.
 - 
	
Once the balls have set, pour white chocolate over each ball then top with a pepita seed and a cranberry, these can be stored in the fridge for a week.
