1 cup soaked pitted dates
1/4 cup True Protein Cacao Powder
1 scoop True Protein WPI90 Rich Chocolate
1/4 cup True Protein Natural Almond Butter
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup

In a blender, add the cashews and blend all lumps are removed. Keep blending until smooth

Add the dates and blend until incorporated well. Once you have a smooth consistency, add the remaining ingredients until they’re all mixed in

Pour mixture into a tray lined with non-stick baking paper & place into the freezer to set

Best kept in the freezer, allow to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before eating
