Makes 1.5 cups
Ingredients
1 can of chickpeas
2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp True Protein Beet Powder
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Water (Optional)
Method
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and mix together until smooth. You can add a little water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
2. Serve fresh as a side accompaniment or in a nourish bowl.
