How is True Endurance Fuel flavoured?

We have opted to use Stevia to sweeten our full range of flavoured blends. Stevia is derived naturally from a plant that originated in South America and is 600 times sweeter than sugar. We therefore only need very small quantities of this naturally produced sweetener to flavour large quantities of protein. Our in house development team has pushed the boundaries of natural flavouring, to develop completely unique flavours that contain no artificial flavours or additives, while possessing a fantastic natural and clean taste.

What is True Endurance Fuel-Raw and what does it taste like?

Raw Endurance Fuel is our innovative performance blend with absolutely no added flavour. Due to the natural sweetness of Dextrose it has a slightly sweet taste and has proved a popular option in trial phases, especially for those who prefer a more neutral taste when training.

Can I use True Endurance Fuel-Raw during a resistance based workout?

Yes, depending on your goals a high GI blend like True Endurance Fuel can be beneficial to training. If your goal is building muscle size and growth, a combination of high GI carbs and fast releasing amino acids like BCAA's are an excellent combination to maximise performance.
