Ingredients
1/2 cup buckwheat flour 
1/2 cup almond flour
1 serving True VEGAN85 in Rich Chocolate 
1 tsp baking soda 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1/4 cup almond milk 
1 egg (if vegan substitute for flax egg)
2 large ripe bananas
1/4 cup honey / maple syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter 
Chocolate Glaze
100g dark chocolate
1/4 cup peanut butter 
1 Tbsp coconut oil 
Method 
- 
	
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius and prepare a donut tray
 - 
	
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth
 - 
	
Evenly spread mixture into donut tray (about 3/4 full - makes 16)
 - 
	
Bake for 12-15 mins or until slightly golden
 - 
	
Allow to cool for 10 mins and remove from tray
 - 
	
Melt chocolate and prepare peanut drizzle by melting the coconut oil and combining it with the peanut butter, mix until a runny consistency forms
 - 
	
Dip one side of the doughnut in chocolate and drizzle across peanut butter sauce
 -
