Ingredients
1 cup almonds
1 cup cashews
1 cup frozen raspberries
12 pitted dates
¾ cup of True Protein Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
1 TP Scoop True Vegan 85 French Vanilla
3 TP Scoops True Cacao Powder
Method

Blitz the nuts in a food processor until they resemble an almond meal consistency

Add pitted dates and coconut oil to the mix and blitz again until all combined. Divide this mixture in half

In one half of the mixture add the raspberries

In the other halved mixture add the cacao powder

Blitz the raspberry mixture in the food processor for 1 minute

Blitz the cacao mixture in the food processor for 1 minute

Line two baking trays with baking paper. In one tray press, the cacao mixture in and the raspberry mixture into the other and place in the freezer to set

Once set cut into 12 squares and store in the fridge
