Ingredients
1 onion
2 cups cooked pumpkin
3 cloves garlic
3 cups vegetable stock
1 cup of coconut milk
2 tsp True Protein Turmeric Powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Method

Cook onion & garlic in a pot until translucent

Add the remaining ingredients and heat until simmering

Transfer into a blender and mix until smooth
