Ingredients
Base
¾ cup whole buckwheat
½ cup desiccated coconut
¾ cup dates soaked
2 Tbsp True MCT Oil
Middle
1.5 cups fresh cherries pitted
2 cups shredded coconut
1/3 cup raspberries
2 Tbsp True MCT Oil
1 Tbsp True Protein Beet powder
2 tsp maple syrup
Top
150g dark chocolate
Method

Line a baking tray with baking paper

Blend all base ingredients together in a food processor

Press mix into the baking tray and freeze

Clean out the food processor and blend all middle ingredients together

Add the middle ingredients to the base layer and put the baking tray back into the freezer

Over a hot stove, melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan for the top layer

Once runny yet still tacky, smooth the chocolate over the middle layer of the slice

Keep stored in freezer until ready to eat
