Ingredients
3 bananas
1/4 cup brown rice syrup
1 Tbsp True Protein Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
120g mixed nuts and seeds
30g True Protein Vegan 85 Salted Caramel Protein Powder
150g rolled oats
Method

Preheat oven to 180ºC fan-forced and line pan with baking paper

In a large bowl, mash bananas until it’s a smooth consistency. Add remaining wet ingredients and mix until combined

Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until well combined

Transfer batter to the pan and smooth out until it forms an even layer

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top
