1 apple
1 small banana
1/2 cup brown rice syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond milk
3/4 cup almond meal
30g True Protein Vegan 85 Salted Caramel Protein Powder
2 tsp True Protein Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking powder
Method

Preheat oven to 180ºC fan-forced and spray muffin tin with coconut oil

Peel and dice the apple into cubes and set aside

In a mixing bowl mash banana until it's a smooth consistency. Add remaining wet ingredients and mix until combined

Fold in dry ingredients to your wet mixture

Fold in the diced apples

Divide batter equally among your prepared muffin tin

Bake for about 15-17 minutes or until tops are domed, puffed and golden brown
