Peanut Butter Carrot Cake Bliss Balls

Makes 8-12

Ingredients

1.5 cup oats
2 grated carrots
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup dates
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp True Protein Cinnamon Powder
½ tsp ginger
¼ cup True Protein Natural Peanut Butter

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix on high until combined

  2. Roll the mixture and refrigerate​
