Ingredients For Overnight Oats
1 cup rolled oats
2 TP scoops True Protein WPI90 French Vanilla protein blend
1 green apple, grated
1 tsp True Protein Cinnamon organic powder
2 ¼ cups almond milk
Ingredients For Quick Berry Jam
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Sliced banana for topping
Sliced green apple for topping
1 tbsp raw buckwheat for topping
Method For Overnight Oats

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add oats, protein powder, grated apple, and cinnamon. Pour in milk and gently stir until well combined

Add mixture into a large glass jar- layer with quick berry jam. Ensure jar has been sealed or cover the bowl with cling-wrap and refrigerate overnight

Remove overnight oats from the refrigerator and add desired toppings to your jar or pour oats out into a serving bowl and add toppings
Method For Quick Berry Jam

Place the berries in a medium-sized pot on low-medium heat. As the berries begin to break down, use a fork to roughly mash them

Add the chia seeds, lemon juice, and maple syrup, and stir well for around 10 minutes

Take off the heat and pour the chia jam into a sterilized jar. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This is where the chia seeds will help set the jam
