Ingredients
Chia pudding bottom layer:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp True Matcha Powder
Matcha top layer:
1 tsp True Matcha Powder
1/2 banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1 scoop True Vegan 85 Vanilla Protein Powder
Method
1. Pour the chia seeds into a jar first. Then, pour in the almond milk, maple syrup and matcha. Lightly mix.
2. Place all of the ingredients for the top layer together in a blender and blitz until smooth.
3. Pour on top of the chia seed and almond milk layer. Allow to set.
