Ingredients
2 cups almond meal
¼ cup gluten-free powder
2-4 Tbsp ginger (depending on how strong you want the flavour)
1 tsp nutmeg
1 TP Scoop True Protein Cinnamon
1 TP Scoop True Protein Maca Powder
½ baking powder
3 Tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp organic molasses
½ cup melted coconut oil
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until all ingredients are combined

If the mixture is too dry to the touch add more melted coconut oil. Line a baking tray with baking paper

Roll the mixture into balls and place on the baking tray. Squash the balls slightly so they have a flat top

Place cookies into the oven and bake for around 10 minutes
