Ingredients
4 tbsp True Protein Natural Almond Butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp maple syrup
Zest and juice of one lemon
3/4 cup almond meal
1 scoop True WPI90 Lemon Cake Protein Powder
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
Method
1. Place the almond butter, honey, maple syrup, lemon zest and juice into a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Add the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
3. Use your hands to work the mixture to a dough consistency.
