Ingredients
2 flax ‘eggs’ (2 tbsp flax meal, ½ cup water, and ¾ cup grapeseed oil)*
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 ¼ cup coconut sugar
2 TP scoops True Protein Vegan 85 Rich Chocolate powder
1 cup True Protein Cacao powder
½ cup gluten-free flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp salt
2/3 cup almond milk
*Flax ‘eggs’ method

Add 2 tbsp flax meal with ½ cup water. Mix well in a small bowl

Now add ¾ cup grapeseed oil, mix and set aside
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a small baking tray with baking cooking paper

In a bowl mix together the vanilla extract, sugar and flax ‘eggs’

In a separate bowl add protein powder sand sift cacao powder, bicarbonate of soda and gluten-free flour. Stir all together once sifted

Add the flax ‘eggs’ mixture to the protein powder dry mix. Now pour in the almond milk and thoroughly whisk until the batter is smooth

Pour batter into the baking tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, allow to sit for at least an hour before cutting
