True Coconut Water Powder

What is it? Coconut Water Powder is a powder that can be combined with water to provide all the health benefits of drinking water straight from the coconut. Coconut water is a known source of potassium, calcium, sodium, manganese and magnesium. These electrolytes help replenish the essential mineral salts lost by dehydration making it the ideal thirst quencher any time of the year.  Coconut waters excellent electrolyte profile makes it the perfect alternative to sugar-loaded sports drinks like Gatorade or Powerade – making it a great, weight loss focused electrolyte replenished.

When should you use it? Coconut water can be taken at any time. Try adding it to your protein shakes, breakfasts or in your smoothies.
