Ingredients
1.5 cups coconut cream
1/2 cup brown rice
1 Tbsp True Cinnamon Powder
3 Tbsp maple syrup
Method

Add rice to a pot on stove and cook with 1 cup of coconut cream

Once the coconut cream is almost absorbed remove from pot and set aside

Heat the remaining ingredients until warm and combined and pour over the cooked rice

Eat hot or cold best served with fresh mango
