Choc Chip Protein Cookies

Makes 8-10

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut flour
30g True Protein Vegan 85 French Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp baking powder
60ml liquid egg whites
1/4 cup almond milk
1/3 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC fan-forced and line baking tray with baking paper

  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and stir to combine

  3. Add in wet ingredients and stir until the cookie dough is formed. If the batter is too dry, add a splash of almond milk until well combined

  4. Fold in the chocolate

  5. Roll out 8-12 cookie dough balls and place them a few centimeters apart on your tray

  6. Bake for around 12-15 minutes or until slightly golden brown on top. The cookies will be soft to touch by hardening as they cool
