Ingredients
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
6 tbsp chia seeds
2 cup almond milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp True Protein Cacao powder
1 TP scoop True Protein Vegan 85 Rich Chocolate powder
1 tsp stevia

The raspberry layer will need to be prepared first. Place the raspberries, 3 tbsp chia, 2/3 almond milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract into a blender and mix until a smooth puree has formed

In a bowl stir together the remaining chia seeds, a dash of almond milk, vanilla and add the raspberry puree. Place this mixture into a glass and set in the fridge for 15 minutes

For the chocolate layer, mix together the cacao powder, Vegan 85 powder, 1 cup almond milk, and stevia. Pour this on top of the raspberry layer then place back into the fridge to set for 20 minutes
