Makes 2 small servings
Ingredients
10 pistachios, chopped
200 ml coconut water
2 tbsp Organic Raw Cacao Powder
2 tbsp Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
1 tsp True Maca Powder (optional, but great for energy)
1/4 small avocado
1 tsp MCT Oil (caprylic acid) you can leave this out or use coconut oil instead
1/2 small zucchini, chopped
Ice, to blend
Method
1. Mix all your ingredients together in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve with your favourtive toppings.
