Ingredients
1 scoop True Beet Powder
1 scoop Peanut Butter Powder
1 scoop Vegan 85 Vanilla Protein
1/4 cup plain yoghurt
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
300ml coconut water
2 tbsp linseed meal
Method
1. In a blender start with your coconut water, then powders and linseed and top with frozen fruit.
