How often do you train?
I train 6 days a week in the gym and also snowboard as much as I possibly can.

How do you take your supplements?
I take my True WPI90 before and after every session as well as put a scoop of the French Vanilla into my before bed snack just because it makes it taste so much better, and I also add in the True Pre Workout for that extra kick before I start training. I'll also take the True Greens just to make sure I get my daily fix of greens.

What’s your favourite True supplement?
My favourite True product would have to be the True WPI90 not only because it tastes delicious but also because its HASTA certified which for me is awesome!.
